Manohar Parrikar Political Career
He joined RSS at his young age after that he became a chief instructor in the final year of his school time. he completed his graduation from IIT. Parrikar resumes his role in RSS. He was an active person in RSS in North Goa. Parrikar joined Bjp at the age of 26. As a member of the BJP, Parikar was elected to the assembly of Goa in 1994.
he was contested to the chief minister of Goa for the first time in 2000 and he won that election but his tenure was only for two years. In 2004 He was chosen by Bjp Government as the Minister of Defence. he was replaced on the place of Arun Jaitly. On March 2014 he was sworn as a chief minister in Goa.
